What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js
• Develop and iterate on frontend components using Next.js
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code across the stack
• Participate in code reviews and mentor other developers
• Collaborate closely with product, our engine team, and industry stakeholders to bring new features to market

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience with Node.js
• 2+ years working with Next.js
• Proven experience building and scaling SaaS applications
• Strong grasp of frontend development with React, TypeScript, and component libraries
• Deep understanding of modern APIs, data modeling, and performance optimization
• Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a remote-first environment

Bonus Points

• Experience working in monorepos (Turborepo preferred)
• Experience with MySQL and Prisma
• Knowledge of feature flags, rate limiting, and tenant isolation patterns
• Knowledge of machining, CAD/CAM programs, or related engineering fields
