Bedford Heights, Ohio - July 22, 2024 – Toolpath is excited to announce its plans to exhibit at the International Manufacturing Technology Show (IMTS) 2024, the West’s largest manufacturing event.

As Toolpath begins rolling out its first solutions to the market, it recognizes the importance of having a strong presence at IMTS. This September, Toolpath will showcase its AI-powered machining acceleration platform, which increases human productivity in CNC machining through automated Design for Manufacturing (DFM), Estimation, and CAM technologies. Toolpath powers the platform with an AI-driven Part Comprehension Engine that analyzes parts for manufacturability, estimates costs, plans complete machining strategies, and exports them to CAM environments.

"We are thrilled to be a part of IMTS 2024," said Al Whatmough, CEO at Toolpath. "This event provides us with an unparalleled opportunity to demonstrate our innovative solutions and connect with our user base and industry leaders eager to see how AI can play a practical role in streamlining and optimizing daily operations."

IMTS 2024 is scheduled from September 9-14, 2024, at McCormick Place in Chicago, Illinois. Toolpath, located in Booth 338248, invites all attendees to visit our booth and learn more about our cutting-edge technologies designed to enhance manufacturing efficiency and drive growth.

Key Features of Toolpath's Machining Acceleration Platform:

  • Automate and streamline Design for Manufacturing conversations: Automatically simulate CNC machining setups, tools, and strategies to provide recommendations to reduce part cost and improve manufacturability. Analyze parts instantly, locate challenging features, and share manufacturability feedback.
  • Save time quoting and improve accuracy with Intelligent Estimating: Toolpath Estimating automatically creates detailed machining plans and time estimates for 3-axis CNC machined parts using your Fusion tool library and cutting parameters. Estimate consistently, quickly, and profitably.
  • Fast-forward your programming with CAM Accelerator for Autodesk Fusion: CAM Accelerator automatically generates a machining strategy using your tools and your parameters inside Autodesk Fusion. Review and run, or adjust it until it's just the way you like it. Save time, reduce clicks, and make parts faster.
